become winter camp

It’s camp season! We are so excited to be joining with our Foursquare district to attend another winter camp at Camp Cedar Crest. Camp has always proven to be a phenomenal immersive discipleship experience for students and over the last few years we have seen God do amazing things in the lives of students at New Life. We have seen salvations, Holy Spirit baptisms, physical and emotional healing, ministry callings being established, and long lasting friendships being formed.

The 2018 camp season is centered around students taking an intentional step toward becoming the men and women they were created to be. As we take this year to dive into spiritual disciplines, we have chosen to focus on the spiritual disciplines around being and coming - BECOME. Winter Camp opens up the BE in BECOME as we focus on and unpack spiritual disciplines like silence, solitude, sabbath, etc. Your student can expect a camp atmosphere that will provide solid teaching on these spiritual disciplines, as well as plenty of time to practically apply them and walk through what they might look like in their personal life.

Please consider sending your student to camp with us this year. I understand that cost can often be a deciding factor on whether you send your student to camp, but I also understand that we serve a big God. It is our desire to make sure that every student that wants to attend camp can do so. Please do not hesitate to talk to me if you are in need of financial assistance.

If you have any questions, please send us an email.

Youth Ministry at New Life

At New Life we believe that the guidance and direction that teenagers are seeking in life can be found in God's word. Our youth ministry teams are committed to helping teens experience God in a real, relevant, and relational way. Every week students Gather at both campuses to take a look at what God's word says about their lives and learn practical applications that bring about life-long change.

Revive serves 6th -12th graders at our Norwalk campus. We meet on Fridays at 7:30pm and our Junior High students meet every second and fourth Sunday at 11:00am.

God's word says, "As each has received a gift, us it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace." (1 Peter 4:10). At Revive, we carry this out by providing a safe place of belonging for students to discover their identity in Christ, learn to walk in the calling God has given them, and build positive relationships with each other.

For more information about Revive, please contact our Youth Ministry Director Bianca Hernandez at bianca@newlifefoursquare.org. You can also visit our Facebook page here.

Impact serves 7th - 12th graders at our Harbor City Campus. We meet on Wednesdays at 7:00pm and Sundays at 11:00am.

Impact exists to lead teenagers to imitate Christ and make an impact for the Kingdom of God in their home, in their school, and in their community. We accomplish this by teaching students:

We believe that ministry starts in the home, and want to do everything we can to help parents as they disciple their kids. To help with this, Impact sends out a monthly newsletter with helpful tips and talking points to help parents engage with their teens on a daily basis. You can see our most recent newsletter here.
